Q: Price changes on certain items.
A: As most of the products in the store are imported, we require to adjust the price frequently to adjust to currency rates, shipping costs changes, etc. We always try to offer the best possible price.
Q: Where is the product made?
A: Where possible we try to indicate in the product page where a product is made. As any other retailer, we also have products that are made in China. As our product range is limited we are able to verify the quality of each of the products before we offer the item for sale.
Q: What is 'Tested in Australia'?
A: On few of our products we put the banner 'Tested in Australia'. When a product carry this banner, it means that we have tested the item in Australian outdoor conditions.
Q: I do not have a Paypal account and I do not wish to open one just for this single purchase. Is there any way to make the purchase through you but without Paypal?
A: You don't need a Paypal account in order to purchase through our website. Just proceed normally through the checkout instructions. As illustrated below, once you get to the Paypal page, you have the option to complete the transaction using a credit or debit card.
Q: How to use a ‘Coupon Code’ or a ‘Gift Certificate’?
A: Add the required items to the shopping cart.
On the Shopping cart page, click the text ‘Add Coupon’ or ‘Gift Certificate’. Enter your code and click ‘Apply’.

Note that a coupon will apply only on valid products and within the coupon time limit when applicable.
Q: Will I receive confirmation that my payment has been received and product posted?
A: Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that the payment has been received.
Q: Is using your website secure?

A: For our shopping checkout process, Aussie Outdoor Gear provides you with a secure payment service provided either by PayPal or by Stripe. Both of these payment services providers are world leading with their secure online payment services. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our secure 'checkout' area. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure. No payment details are kept or recorded on our systems.
